Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Sales & Operations Manager to lead customer engagement, drive business development, and oversee daily operations at Spraybox. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is passionate about automotive aesthetics and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Management

• Engage incoming leads from social media and online platforms.
• Entice, manage, and close customer sales effectively.
• Coordinate car drop-offs and manage client expectations.
• Establish and maintain new B2B connections and partnerships.

Operations & Workshop Oversight

• Oversee daily operations of the Spraybox shop.
• Manage the flow of paint jobs, timelines, and workshop efficiency.
• Coordinate with the paint team and monitor quality standards.

Reporting & Administration

• Provide regular updates and reports to management.
• Work closely with the accounts team to ensure timely payments and accurate invoicing.
• Follow up on outstanding vendor payments.
• Maintain proper documentation for all job orders and invoices.

Requirements:

• Sales-driven with excellent communication skills.
• Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage both customers and workshop flow.
• Previous experience in automotive, paint, or bodywork industry is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus
