• Have worked in the Finance domain and have understanding of Financial Statements, P&L, banking products, and Trade Finance.
• Good communication skills & able to work with minimal supervision.
• Continuously resolve minor or major technical requests, inquiries, bug fixes, and complaints.
• SQL - Should be able to read and write code.
• Roles and responsibilities:
• Understanding the business requirements from stakeholders and converting them into functional documents.
• Ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
• Document and communicate functionally.
• Ensure all support or project activities comply with quality assurance, audit specifications, internal controls, and standards.
• Provide up-to-date and accurate documentation of changes, fixes, upgrades, enhancements of supported applications, and implementation procedures in accordance with established standards.
