About the Finance Analyst Role:
This company is looking for an energetic Analyst/Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting who will report directly to the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting in the Singapore office.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and performing reviews of monthly journal entries and reconciliations
Submitting intercompany invoices and supporting finance teams to substantiate invoice details
Preparing detailed monthly variance analysis
Identifying and supporting process improvements with relevant documentation
Assisting in accounting standards research and documentation
Coordinating with external auditors for fieldwork
Collaborating with a team of professional accountants, strengthening culture and community, and driving excellence and expertise
Owning the cost allocation process for Singapore Headquarters expenses
Supporting the finance capabilities of the Singapore office
Providing support to the Capital Markets Finance team in coverage situations, particularly as it relates to public markets trade processes (matching, confirmations, and settlements) and resolving discrepancies with traders and brokers.
Managing other contributions, as the team may need and as opportunities arise
To succeed in this Finance Analyst role, you need to be well versed IFRS and preparing financial statements.
