A leading digital media company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Video Content Creator to produce engaging mobile-first video content. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience with CapCut for editing and a strong understanding of social media trends. This hybrid position requires 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, offering a competitive salary of RM3,000 to RM4,000 per month based on experience. Creativity and collaboration are key components of the role.

💰 Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000/month (negotiable based on experience)

📍 Location: Hybrid (Level 9, Menara Public Gold @ TRX, KL + WFH)

- Capture high-quality b-rolls and short-form videos using your mobile phone
- Follow creative direction and shooting guides for client campaigns
- Coordinate occasional in-office or on-site shoots
- Edit videos using CapCut (required)
- Combine voiceovers, subtitles, transitions, and stock clips into cohesive, compelling content
- Work with footage provided by other teams and edit to meet platform-specific standards
- Deliver engaging TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook content
- Optimize for fast-paced attention-grabbing formats
- Understand content pacing, music trends, and visual hooks
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams on direction and performance goals
- Implement feedback quickly and maintain consistent brand tone
- CapCut editing (proficient)
- Strong mobile phone shooting (natural light, framing, basic direction)
- Familiarity with short-form storytelling
- Able to deliver quickly and iterate fast
- Understands TikTok/IG content style and viral formatting
- Creative eye and visual instinct
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Open to feedback and collaborative improvement
- Good time management and meeting deadlines
- Comfortable in a fast-moving team
- Basic sound editing or motion graphics skills
- Experience with product demos, ads, or UGC-style content
- Interest in digital marketing or performance content
- Worked with agencies or content creators before
