Position: Senior Data Analyst/ BI Specialist

Job Requirements
- Front-end analytics & UX (heavy emphasis)
- Design and build visually consistent PowerBI dashboards with a consistent design system for executives and business users
- Build reusable visual components (cards, KPI tiles, small multiples, sparklines, decomposition trees) and reusable page templates that teams can self-serve.
- Partner with Snowflake engineers to shape Gold views/tables for BI; write and perform SQL tasks
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to data extraction, support ETL and data pipeline processes
- Improve dashboard UX; clear layouts, synced filters, intuitive interactions.
- Design and implement quick prototype models for dashboards & work with stakeholders closely
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of BI solutions. Maintain Data security and implement RLS where needed
Preferred skills & experience
- 5–8+ years in BI/analytics or data related roles
- Experience with optimizing dashboard performance
- Solid SQL; able to validate against structured datasets.
- Communication: Good communication skills and is able to explain insights clearly. Detail oriented and organized.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with Snowflake, Azure or AWS Data Pipelines
- Familiarity with automation and light Python
- Experience designing world class dashboards or custom visuals
- Exposure to Data from Enterprise Softwares like Salesforce, SAP
- Experience with AI-assisted analytics (e.g., Snowflake Cortex/Analyst or Copilots)
Education & certification
- Bachelor’s in either CS, Data, Engineering or Math.
- Nice to have: Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate or equivalent
