Are you a TikTok wizard with a knack for creating content that stops the scroll? We're on the hunt for a TikTok Content Creator to join our squad. Your mission (should you choose to accept it) is to create hilarious, jaw‑dropping, and share‑worthy TikToks that make our audience laugh, and cry (happy tears!)

Job Description (Content Creator/Intern)

• You must be a fun and responsible person to join us!
• Senior / Junior Position
• Able to write in English and Malay
• Salary based on skills and performance (Bonus if achieved KPI)
• Flexible working hours + Hybrid WFH
• Location: Puchong, Selangor
• Preferably find someone who has experienced with Product Based TikTok Contents

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creator:
   • Craft mind‑blowing and quirky TikTok videos, including challenges, duets, and all the latest trends.
   • Cook up fresh ideas and scripts that capture our brand's vibe.
   • Stay on top of TikTok trends like a hawk and weave them into our content.
2. Video Production / Editor:
   • Shoot and edit top‑notch TikTok videos using smartphone or other gear.
   • Master TikTok’s editing tools and sprinkle some magic on our videos.
   • Ensure all videos are as engaging as a cat video and follow TikTok best practices.
3. Content Strategy and Planning:
   • Plan and schedule TikTok awesomeness with our social media dream team.
   • Brainstorm epic content ideas to keep our followers glued to their screens.
   • Dive into TikTok analytics to see what’s working and what’s not, then tweak our strategy like a pro.

Support and Training

You might be new to being a content creator but fret not as all related training will be provided before you kickstart your first On-Air! You're always welcomed to initiate a great sharing session among other members of the team, to have some sparks in your mind on how to make content into another significant platform for us!

You will be involved in various internal training and sharing session about latest market analysis and sales challenges. Also, you're expected to play an active role in brainstorming session and decision making meetings.
