Assist in pre‑sales planning and develop digital media buying plans across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels, including market research, budgeting, and forecasting to meet client marketing objectives.

Analyse sales funnels and customer intent, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and report on key marketing KPIs such as ROAS, leads, conversion rates, and customer retention, providing actionable insights based on data.

Support executive leadership in achieving marketing KPIs through digital marketing strategies and execution plans.

Monitor and analyse digital media trends, making data‑driven decisions to optimise performance.

Execute and manage content distribution across multiple digital channels, including ad platforms, social media, websites, blogs, and other relevant platforms.

Collaborate with the copywriting team to develop engaging and high‑performing ad creatives and messaging.

Develop account and distribution strategies, continuously analyse, optimise, and refine campaign performance.

Manage account direction, including project planning, budgeting, forecasting, quality checks, and accuracy of deliverables.

Identify and pursue opportunities for client account growth, including exploring new distribution channels and supporting upsell initiatives.

Prepare work orders and maintain proper documentation and filing.

Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, demonstrating thought leadership in the digital marketing landscape.
