HR Executive – Contract (1 Year)

Location: Kuala Lumpur (Menara IQ, Lingkaran TRX, Tun Razak Exchange)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days WFH, 2 days WFO)
Salary Range: RM2,500 – RM3,000
Contract: 1-year (renewable based on performance)

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated HR Executive to support our HR department in administrative and recruitment operations. The role involves managing hiring processes, coordinating pre- and post-onboarding activities, and assisting with daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general HR administrative tasks.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes:
    • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Manage offer letters and employment agreements.
    • Handle pre- and post-onboarding procedures.
    • Initiate background checks and other HR compliance activities.
  • Support and oversee daily HR operations as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (preferably in Talent Acquisition or HR operations).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
