Job summary

A leading HR technology company is seeking a professional to manage and support their cloud-based payroll and HR system. The role requires analyzing customer workflows, maintaining system accuracy, and resolving issues. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in IT and be comfortable communicating in English, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese. Open to fresh graduates and those with limited experience, this position offers a fully remote working mode after an initial training period onsite.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with coding or programming in any language is preferred.
  • Must have strong communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
  • Open to fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer’s HR Payroll workflow and policy.
  • Maintain and adjust the HR Payroll system to meet requirements.
  • Identify and resolve system issues for customers.
  • Clarify customer questions and provide timely solutions.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Product teams.

Fully work from home (1 month training onsite upon joining)

Responsibilities
  • To understand and analyze customer’s HR Payroll business workflow, payroll policy, payroll requirements etc.
  • Maintain, support, and make necessary adjustment of the HR Payroll system to align with customer’s payroll policy and requirements, to ensure accuracy of payroll outcome.
  • Actively identifies and investigates system issue, provide resolution and follow-up to customers.
  • Resolves problems by clarifying the customer’s question/issue, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Work closely with the internal Business Development and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Open for fresh graduate and those with 1-2 years of experience who is familiar in coding or programming in any programming languages.
  • Keen to pursue a non-programming role.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese. This role required to liaise with clients in Hong Kong and Australia.
