A leading sales company in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Team Lead to drive the success of their sales team. Responsibilities include leading by example in prospecting, presenting, and closing sales deals, as well as coaching team members and tracking performance. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in Corporate Sales/B2B and management experience, particularly in an advertising agency setting. As a Sales Team Lead at MYSense Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales team.
Attractive Remuneration: Earn up to RM10K with Basic + Commissions (based on performance)
Uncapped Sales Incentives: Up to RM 7,000

Lead by example in prospecting, presenting, pitching, and closing sales deals.
Assist team members in generating and managing leads, pitching, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
Address escalated customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to develop the skills and capabilities of team members.
Monitor and analyze sales team performance against targets and KPIs.
Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for the team.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales metrics, trends, and accomplishments to senior management.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with sales management to develop sales strategies and objectives.
Assist in setting sales quotas and targets for the team.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
Experience in Corporate Sales/B2B, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in an advertising agency (preferable), with at least 2-3 years in a management role such as a sales manager or supervisor.
If you're fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, you are destined for greatness with a wider audience. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
