As we embark on our rapid expansion, we are eagerly seeking talented individuals to join our team as Telemarketing Executive (Mandarin Speaker) - WFH to provide unrivalled support to our clients in the lending facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Mandarin language telemarketing support to clients in the lending facilities from a work-from-home setup.
• Engage prospects to promote loan products, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and manage customer data.
• Identify client needs, discuss suitable financial solutions, and guide clients through the sales process.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree: Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Relevant Certifications: Certifications in finance, sales, or business development can be a plus.
• Experience
  • Sales Experience: 2-3 years of telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in financial services or loan products.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in banking, financial services, or a similar sector is often preferred.
  • SME Market Understanding: Knowledge of the challenges and needs specific to SMEs.
• Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English & Mandarin is required to effectively pitch and sell loan products.
