Riinse is a local fast-growing FMCG brand focused on well-designed cleaning products. We are a small, founder-led team building a long-term brand and are looking for a reliable Admin & Finance Assistant to support two founders in daily admin, stock tracking, and coordination work.

This role is execution-focused and suitable for someone who enjoys organising, tracking, and supporting day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily admin work, follow-ups, and task tracking
  • Track stock movement and basic sales numbers
  • Reply to customer enquiries (Instagram, email)
  • Liaise with logistics partners, warehouses, and merchandisers
  • Coordinate stock pick-ups, deliveries, and transfers
  • Maintain operational trackers using Google Sheets
  • Support basic marketing coordination and simple Canva edits
  • Assist in organising and maintaining financial trackers
  • Help keep expenses, payments, and basic cashflow documents updated
  • Support founders with data organisation (no accounting background required)
Requirements
  • Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working closely with founders
  • Proactive, dependable, and good at follow-through
  • Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Familiar with Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp
  • Basic Canva knowledge (no design background needed)
  • Can speak in English & BM
  • Bonus: startup, FMCG, retail, or admin experience
  • Bonus: can speak Chinese
