Senior OSA Process Engineer: Quality & Optimization
Job summary
A leading technology company in Malaysia seeks an OSA Senior Engineer to develop and optimize OSA process recipes, ensuring product quality and compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating with various engineering teams, establishing quality indicators, and conducting technical sharing. Candidates should hold a Master's or Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline, with knowledge in OSA as a strong advantage, along with excellent communication skills in English. This position offers a collaborative work environment and opportunities for fresh graduates.
Qualifications
- Possession of OSA knowledge and skills is a strong advantage.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt certification is an added advantage.
- Experience with ISO 14000, 9000, BCMS, and RBA procedures.
Responsibilities
- Set-up, develop, and optimize PN Media OSA recipe detection.
- Ensure compliance with ISO requirements in collaboration with ISO team.
- Coordinate with FA and Contamination teams on defect feedback.
