Duties and Responsibilities

Workday System Management:

  • Configure and maintain the Workday system, including HCM, Recruitment, Payroll (ADP Celergo), Benefits, Compensation/Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, Absence, Learning, and Reporting modules.
  • Implement new Workday features and functionalities, staying up-to-date with system updates and releases.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Partner with HR and other departments to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide support and training to HR and end-users on Workday functionalities and best practices.
  • Serve as a liaison between HR and IT to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Workday system by performing regular audits and data validation checks.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business needs.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance and regulatory reports.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within HRIS workflows.
  • Lead or participate in HRIS projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
  • Develop and document HRIS processes, procedures, and training materials.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

  • Provide support for HRIS-related issues, troubleshooting problems, and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Workday support and external consultants as needed to resolve complex issues.

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HRIS, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience with Workday.
