Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in Pharmaceutical / Biologics R&D.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical standards, guidelines, and global trends.

Responsibilities

• Set R&D strategy, frameworks, and operational targets for innovation and cost efficiency.
• Guide export dossier quality and regulatory readiness.
• Manage in-house, outsourced, and in-licensed development projects.
• Drive analytical development, contract testing, and digital data access.
• Optimize R&D investment, costs, equipment, and facilities.
• Build high-performing teams through coaching, succession planning, and academic collaboration.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Commercial, external labs, and universities.
