A leading payment solutions provider is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist in Malaysia, Selangor. The role involves end-to-end testing, developing test scripts, and ensuring product quality based on business requirements and technical specifications. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science and a minimum of 3 years of experience in related fields, particularly in payment solutions. End to end testing, develop test scripts, plans, scenarios, cases used in testing based on business requirements, technical specifications and/or product knowledge to ensure functionality and product quality.
Document test results, troubleshooting guide, ensure release note is accurate based on the released version.
Analyze and reproduce reported issues, documents detailed steps involved in reproducing a problem.
Investigate and determine cause of faulty work, consult and advise team member/management to the corrective measures.
Support internal staff, interface with section head/team leader/consultant/developer concerning problems with quality assurance and ensure that effective corrective action is implemented.
