Job description

Responsibilities

End to end testing, develop test scripts, plans, scenarios, cases used in testing based on business requirements, technical specifications and/or product knowledge to ensure functionality and product quality.

Document test results, troubleshooting guide, ensure release note is accurate based on the released version.

Analyze and reproduce reported issues, documents detailed steps involved in reproducing a problem.

Investigate and determine cause of faulty work, consult and advise team member/management to the corrective measures.

Support internal staff, interface with section head/team leader/consultant/developer concerning problems with quality assurance and ensure that effective corrective action is implemented.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or related.
• Experience in payment solutions, above 3 years’ experience in related field.
• Industry knowledge: Card schemes certification, E-commerce, payment gateway.
• Self-reliant, independent and ability to work under minimum supervision.

Performance Goals

• Quality assurance to reduce issues, added efficiency to products.
• Reduce the issues fixed timeline from facts gathering, troubleshooting, fixed, testing and production deployment period.
