- Conduct regular inspections, testing, and maintenance of surveillance cameras, recording devices, and other related equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or malfunctions in a timely manner
- Assist in the installation and configuration of new surveillance systems and equipment
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and system performance
- Collaborate with the broader technical team to identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements
- Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and procedures
- Relevant diploma or certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar technician or maintenance role, preferably in the surveillance or security industry
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve a range of technical issues
- Familiarity with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of surveillance systems and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
