Role Summary
We are looking for a versatile IT Product & Project Manager who can lead our internal digital product development (systems, platforms, automation tools) and manage end-to-end IT projects. This role combines product planning, project execution, business analysis, and basic IT support coordination in a growing SME environment.
What you’ll be doing
Product Management
- Plan, define and maintain the digital product roadmap (systems, platforms, automation tools).
- Gather requirements from management and departments to understand business needs.
- Translate requirements into product features, wireframes, UI/UX guidelines.
- Work with developers or vendors to design, build and enhance system functions.
- Analyse user feedback and propose improvements to optimise workflow & system usability.
- Conduct testing (UAT, function testing) before launching new features.
- Ensure product goals align with company business direction.
Project Management
- Lead and manage IT projects from planning to execution (system upgrades, workflow automation, new platform rollout, etc.).
- Prepare project scope, timeline, budget and resources plan.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Provide project status updates and reports to management.
- Drive Agile / sprint planning activities (if applicable).
Business Analyst Tasks (BA Duties)
- Document BRD/FRD, user requirements, workflow diagrams, SOPs.
- Conduct user meetings to clarify technical/business expectations.
- Bridge the communication between management, users, and technical teams.
- Support user testing, validate functions, and ensure deliverables match requirements.
IT Support Coordination (Light Duties)
- Assist internal staff by coordinating solutions to system or access issues.
- Work with vendors or developers to resolve technical problems.
- Track system updates, access rights, and minor IT improvement requests.
- Perform basic data checking and troubleshooting (non-hardware).
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in product, IT, or business analysis, or in a similar role.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services institutions is a strong advantage.
- Solid skills in product design, UI/UX, web development, and cloud services.
- Must have no criminal record; strong integrity and clean financial background is critically important.
- Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin (mandatory), and fluent in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with business analysis methodologies, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and user acceptance testing.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools, such as MS Office, project management software, and data analysis tools.
- A relevant Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
