We are seeking a seasoned Pre-Sales Senior Cloud Architect with extensive experience in designing and delivering innovative cloud solutions. This role requires a blend of strong technical expertise, implementation engagement and pre-sales acumen to work with internal team and clients, understand their needs, and craft scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor with a passion for leveraging cloud technologies to drive business transformation

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to engage clients, gather technical requirements, and propose cloud solutions tailored to their business goals.
  • Design and present high-level cloud architectures, including multi-cloud and hybrid solutions.
  • Lead client-facing technical discussions, workshops, and demonstrations.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation for cloud solutions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, cloud advancements, and competitive offerings to provide cutting-edge recommendations.
  • Guide and mentor junior architects and engineers within the team.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle, ensuring alignment between client expectations and deliverable solutions.
  • Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) to demonstrate the feasibility of proposed architectures.
  • Ensure proposed solutions adhere to best practices in security, compliance, and cloud governance.
  • Provide consultation internal and external for operation and delivery matters when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in cloud architecture, pre-sales, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience designing solutions on one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Have certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS CERTIFIED Security Specialty – Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect are advantages.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, serverless computing, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Expertise in networking, security, databases, storage, and application migration in the cloud.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
  • Working knowledge of multi-cloud strategies and hybrid environments.
  • Experience in enterprise environments with large-scale cloud migrations.
  • Familiarity with industry compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or ISO 27001 is added advantage
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
