Job summary
A technology company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced web developer to lead a Java team and oversee the implementation of marketing projects. The ideal candidate should have over 7 years of full stack development experience, attention to detail, and a strong problem-solving ability. Responsibilities include leading product quality assurance, providing technical guidance, and researching new technologies to enhance performance.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Assist the IT head or team in marketing project facilitation.
- Lead and manage a team of Java Developers.
- Maintain high quality of products with code review participation.
- Provide guidance to Junior Developers.
- Research on up-to-date technology stacks.

Education
This position is responsible assisting the IT head or team in the facilitation, coordination, implementation, executive, control, and completion of each marketing project for the business need; while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization.
The position requires strong attention to detail, operational task management and problem- solving ability.
Leading & managing a team of Java Developers on executing the projects involved.
Maintain high quality of products with participation in code review and design reviews.
Build high quality product and contribute important impacts on our product roadmap planning.
Provider guidance to Junior and suggestion to other colleagues with deep understanding of technology stacks.
Propose better software architecture with right design pattern at suitable situation.
Provide in depth support to Technical Support Analyst.
Work with front end team to build a high perform, user friendly and stable web product.
Solving puzzles from clients’ feedbacks and logs to find out the real cause.
Research on up-to-date technology stacks to continue bring better performance and higher quality products to stakeholders.
Write down documentations for different technology and knowledge to share knowledges among everyone.
Provide insight for database performance and stability.
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Certificates in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering, etc)
At least 7 years of relevant experience in full stack web development.
