Job description
Responsibilities
- Liaise with a subcontractor for sample approval
- Lead the QAQC team for the inspection status
- Maintain and update SOW and preconstruction documents and meet contract obligation
- Respond efficiently and effectively to work delays, emergencies and other project disruptions
- Advice on non conformance
- Performance Management: Execute all tasks given and responsible for work performance
- Prepare and submit performance management reports to Project Manager
- Identify areas of improvement based on the performance management report
- Quality Management System: Implement company policy and departmental standard operating procedures
- Implement improvement in Commercial and project department
- Support other internal customers in operations to ensure products and services meet customer and other interested parties’ requirements
- Proper document and record keeping in project department
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering, architectural or related field
- Experience: Min of 5 years of experience in ID fit out - built in furniture, wall paneling, partition works and etc.
- Prior experience in hotels, apartments or condominiums will be considered an added advantage
- Knowledge of construction methods and technologies and ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with an eye for quality
