Duties & Responsibilities
- In charge of stock movement, receiving, recording, storing and deliveries.
- To ensure all goods receiving must in good conditions and accurately.
- To ensure stock inventory recorded is accurately.
- Process requisitions and requests for supplies.
- Prepare and package items for delivery or distribution to other departments.
- To practice regular stock check to ensure the physical stock quantity tallies with updated stock record
- Follow all safety rules and quality standards.
- To receive incoming goods from suppliers according to correct DO item and quantity, verification on expiry date of goods.
- Any other ad-hoc duty as assigned by superior
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
