Overview

Globalview Properties Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Development Project Site Supervisor to join our team in Padang Serai, Kedah. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities and ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations and activities of construction workers on site
• Ensure projects adhere to health and safety regulations and oversee the implementation of safety protocols
• Monitor the progress of work and identify any potential issues or delays, implementing solutions in a timely manner
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates and address any concerns
• Coordinate the delivery and management of materials, tools, and equipment required for construction
• Report progress and quality to project managers and consultants
• Coordinate with authorities for inspections on site and approvals like CPC/CCC
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the project, including timesheets, inventory, and quality control
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to construction workers to ensure high standards of workmanship

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a construction site supervisor or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
