Slot Design Studio (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a Senior Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within our organisation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all site related matters and management, including material handling and ordering, management of workers on site and material sourcing.
• Well versed with construction sequence and ensure works at site are completed within the stipulated timeline.
• Daily inspection and supervision at site to ensure works are built correctly and of high quality.
• Able to understand architectural, engineering and supplier drawings and ensure works are built accordingly.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma / Degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in site coordination.
• Self-motivated person, team player and able to lead on site.
• Project co-ordinator & management & communication skills with contractor and team members.
• Able to use AutoCAD is an added advantage.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin or Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients.
