Job summary

A leading construction company in Penang is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on-site. The individual will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all specifications and safety regulations, and conducting daily inspections. The ideal candidate should possess a Degree or Diploma in Construction or related fields and have at least 1 year of experience in the construction industry. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Willing to be stationed at project site and work extended hours when required.

Plan, monitor, and control site progress to meet project timelines and quality standards. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure smooth execution of works. Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and company standards. Conduct daily site inspections and resolve site issues promptly. Prepare and submit daily site reports, progress updates, and related documentation. Attend site meetings and coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, and other stakeholders. Ensure site activities comply with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies. Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure a safe working environment at all times.
