Overview

Join the team at GSR Construction Sdn Bhd as a Site Supervisor/Site Engineer. This full-time role is based in Johor Bahru, Johor and will see you play a critical supervisory and coordination role on construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards.

What you\'ll be doing

• Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including monitoring progress, allocating resources and overseeing subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations throughout the construction process
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to address issues and queries in a timely manner
• Oversee quality control measures and manage quality assurance processes
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the project
• Identify and resolve construction issues or challenges as they arise
• Lead, coach and mentor a team of construction workers to optimise efficiency and productivity

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management, civil engineering or a related field
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, techniques and materials
