Integrated Site Supervisor (Petrol Station Maintenance & Upgrading)

To manage and coordinate end-to-end site execution for petrol station maintenance and upgrading works, involving both Civil & Structural (C&S) and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) disciplines. This role is integrative in nature and is not intended for discipline-pure engineers.

Responsibilities

• Site Execution & Coordination - Coordinate daily site activities across C&S, M&E, architectural, and specialist contractors
• Manage fast-track upgrading works in live petrol station environments
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and client standards

• Multi-Disciplinary Oversight
• Supervise C&S works (concrete, steel, drainage, minor structural modifications)
• Coordinate M&E works (electrical, lighting, earthing, pumps, instrumentation, basic mechanical systems)
• Interface with vendors, utility providers, and authorities

• Project Controls
• Monitor progress, sequencing, and site constraints
• Assist in managing cost, variations, and site measurements
• Prepare site reports and inspection requests

• HSSE & Quality
• Enforce HSSE requirements for petroleum facilities
• Ensure work permits, toolbox talks, and risk controls are in place
• Maintain site quality and documentation

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
