Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Batang Kali / Sepang for a Customer Relations, Site Supervisor. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining consistent communication with clients, addressing their concerns, and providing outstanding customer service. Daily responsibilities include effectively managing customer service interactions, analyzing feedback, coordinating project milestones, fostering strong client relationships, and supporting the execution of site activities. The Customer Relations, Site Supervisor will act as a primary liaison between customers and project teams to ensure smooth operations and service excellence.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support to ensure positive client experiences and service quality
  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service Management to foster excellent relationships and resolve client concerns effectively
  • Possess Analytical Skills to interpret feedback, gauge client needs, and enhance operational processes
  • Ability to work onsite in Batang Kali and engage directly with teams and clients
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
  • Previous experience in the building, engineering, or related industries is an advantage
