Job description

We are looking for SITE SUPERVISOR to handle on the overall project implementation, site construction (interior fit-out) and renovation project assigned to you.

Responsible to monitor sub-contractors’ works on site — work sequence, method of construction, and quality control.

  • Carry out calculation of quantity based on construction drawing, daily site co-ordination with sub-construction for any new workers, logistics, and daily site report.
  • With ability to coordinate and handle changes in projects that could disrupt progress during project stage, and resolve all site matters with site Management Team, Consultant and Sub-Contractor.
  • To planning, leading, monitoring and controlling projects with the support and co-operation with team members.
  • To Compiling Weekly Progress Reports and relevant reports.
Requirements
  • Diploma/ Certificate or equivalent in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, M&E, C&S.
  • Preferably at least 2 years’ experience in Project Coordination/ Management of medium to large scale corporate interior fit-out, and possess own transport.
  • Experience in dealing with Clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, local Authorities and able to chair site meetings.
  • Knowledge on M&E is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, as well as other local dialects would be an added advantage.
  • You must have pleasant personality with good interpersonal skill and a team player.
  • Able to work well under pressure
