Job Description – Senior Site Supervisor

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Supervise daily site activities and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Ensure timely completion of the project within the approved budget and assist in cost control measures.

Monitor work progress and quality standards, and report site matters, progress, and issues to Consultants and Management.

Attend site meetings and highlight any defects, discrepancies, or non-compliance in construction works.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, site policies, and statutory requirements.

Prepare and maintain proper site documentation and records.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 3+ years of working experience in high‑rise building construction.

Strong supervisory, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good communication and reporting skills.
