A dynamic food service company in Subang Jaya is seeking a Restaurant Operations Leader to oversee daily restaurant activities and ensure high service standards. The role involves managing team training, maintaining compliance with health regulations, and supporting sales initiatives. Candidates should have strong teamwork and leadership skills, with prior experience in the F&B industry preferred. This position offers career advancement opportunities and structured training.

Responsabilités
- Learn and oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members.
- Understand restaurant KPIs and support sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Connaissances
- Prior experience working in the F&B industry is an advantage.

- Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
1. Restaurant Operations
- Learn and oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and control.
2. Customer Service & Experience
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
- Train and lead the team to maintain high service standards.
- Resolve any service or operational issues quickly and efficiently.
3. Team Management & Leadership
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members.
- Motivate and coach staff to perform at their best.
- Assist in staff scheduling and manpower planning.
4. Sales & Reporting
- Understand restaurant KPIs and support sales targets.
- Assist in daily and weekly sales reporting.
- Participate in marketing or promotional activities when needed.
5. Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Follow restaurant SOPs and operational guidelines.
- Assist in internal audits and maintain documentation as required.
- Restaurant conveniently located near LRT/MRT stations.
