Responsibilities

1. Restaurant Operations

  • Learn and oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and control.

2. Customer Service & Experience

  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
  • Train and lead the team to maintain high service standards.
  • Resolve any service or operational issues quickly and efficiently.

3. Team Management & Leadership

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members.
  • Motivate and coach staff to perform at their best.
  • Assist in staff scheduling and manpower planning.

4. Sales & Reporting

  • Understand restaurant KPIs and support sales targets.
  • Assist in daily and weekly sales reporting.
  • Participate in marketing or promotional activities when needed.

5. Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Follow restaurant SOPs and operational guidelines.
  • Assist in internal audits and maintain documentation as required.
