• Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows in alignment with company standards and procedures.
• Manage and motivate a team of retail staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to optimize individual and team performance.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing and engaging shopping environment for customers.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability and minimize stockouts.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for sales growth and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
