As the Store Manager for Lonkoom perfume at ULTRA MOON SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for leading and managing a dynamic retail team to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This full‑time position is located at our Tun Razak Exchange store in Kuala Lumpur.

What you’ll be doing

• Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure the store provides a welcoming environment
• Analyse sales data and develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing retail team
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising to company standards
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a retail management role, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry
