Job summary

A mechanical products company in Johor Bahru is looking for a Customer Service Representative. You will attend to customer inquiries, promote and sell products, process orders, and handle payments. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience and is detail-oriented. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with customers.
