Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales is preferred.
  • Possess own transport with a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell FMCG products to wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to ensure product availability and visibility.
  • Ensure payment collection within the given credit terms.
  • Manage delivery orders, invoices, and sales documentation accurately.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for the Supervisor or Sales Manager.
  • Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams for smooth operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through efficient and timely service.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
