East Coast Sales & Leadership Manager
Job summary
A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Business Development Manager for the East Coast Region in Malaysia. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales and growth by identifying and recruiting key leaders, developing and implementing strategic plans, and monitoring performance metrics. Ideal applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree and possess strong sales drive, interpersonal skills, and flexibility for assignments. Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint is required, with preference for candidates residing in Kelantan.
Qualifications
- Experience in direct-selling business or sales environment is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities.
- Residing in Kelantan, Malaysia is a must.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit key leaders to drive sales and growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Conduct weekly training sessions with leaders.
- Address issues related to inventory management and operations.
