Job summary

A leading telecommunication provider in Malaysia is seeking customer service representatives to conduct follow-ups and provide detailed product information. The ideal candidate should have at least an SPM qualification, demonstrate resilience, and possess strong language skills. Responsibilities include upselling during customer interactions and collaborating with the marketing team on promotions. Base pay is RM 1800, plus allowances and performance incentives.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct follow-up calls or chats for customers who have expressed interest in specific products or services.
  • Provide detailed product information and address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell related products and services during customer interactions.
  • Offer personalized recommendations to enhance the customer's shopping experience and maximize sales.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and helpful demeanour, ensuring that each customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Exhibit resilience and an openness to feedback for continuous self-improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team by actively participating in various promotional campaigns.
  • Execute campaign-specific tasks, including product launches and special offers, as requested.
Job Requirements

  • Working days – Monday to Friday
