What will you be doing?

• Responsible for increasing the company’s profitability by generating and enhancing sales of the products.
• Lead the implementation of total sales and brand activities in the country.
• Manage overall sales and distributor/channel management.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with key customers.
• Lead and develop new segments / categories.
• Manage and execute A&P/ trade / loyalty programs.
• Ensure full payment collection based on customers’ payment terms.
• Attend and resolve customer complaints.
• Work with R&D on NPD.
• Coordinate with packaging suppliers for processing new packaging labels requested by customers.
• Assist with trade exhibitions.

What you bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Min 7 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing Management.
• Good knowledge of the business territory/environment and strong connections.
• Required languages: English, Filipino, Tagalog.
• Proven experience in sales strategy and operations, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven track record in distributor management.
• Sales and marketing knowledge, product knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A good team player with good people management skills.
• Ability to work independently, creative, honest, street-smart, with strong integrity.
• Based in Shah Alam with frequent travel to Philippines; readiness to relocate to Philippines when expansion occurs.
