About the role
We are searching for a detail-oriented and organized Operations & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at KASA HARDWARES SDN. BHD. in Puncak Alam, Selangor. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and administrative functions, ensuring the smooth running of our business.

Monthly Salary: RM4,000 + allowance

Increment / Bonus: Based on reliability and performance (after 6–12 months)

What This Role Is NOT

  • ❌ Not responsible for financial strategy or planning
  • ❌ Not the final approver for accounts

This role supports the finance function but does not replace it.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations & Administration

  • Process sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams on picking and delivery schedules
  • Maintain basic documentation (POs, DOs, invoices)
  • Handle supplier and internal administrative coordination

2. Accounting Support (Basic)

  • Record daily sales and expenses
  • Track payments received and outstanding balances
  • Prepare documents for outsourced finance controller
  • Assist with stock records and stock adjustments

3. Reporting & Control

  • Update simple daily and weekly reports, including cash in / cash out
  • Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar operations/admin role
  • Highly organised, disciplined, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable handling paperwork and basic numerical records
  • Able to follow SOPs consistently
  • Stable, reliable, and a strong team player
  • Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
  • ERP system exposure is an advantage
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Orders processed accurately with minimal errors
  • Timely and complete documentation
  • Accurate basic sales, payment, and stock records
  • Zero missed or unrecorded invoices
  • Clean and timely handover to finance controller

Working Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm (Half day)
  • Sunday / Public Holidays: Off

Flexibility may be required during deliveries and peak periods.
