Responsibilities
  • To take immediate corrective actions whenever there are unsecured conditions and actions observed and / or reported.
  • To conduct security inspections of all areas and operations with the department concerned.
  • To co-ordinate the security force in emergency situations.
  • To prevent anyone from violating company rules, damaging company properties and creating disturbance.
  • To supervise the duties of security guards and to ensure that they maintain a high standard of discipline.
  • To build good rapport with tenants and local authorities.
  • To assist in evaluating security employees’ work performance and attendance records.
  • To assist in training programmes for security employees.
  • To assist in the development and implementation of security house rules and policies.
  • To receive and act on any other instructions from the Senior Executive/Executive Security or any other person so delegated by him.
  • To perform all other work as and when assigned.
