Job summary
A global talent solutions provider is seeking a seasoned HR professional to develop and manage performance management systems. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, with 5-8 years of HR experience, particularly in performance management. The candidate will align performance strategies with business objectives, oversee appraisals, and ensure efficient organizational design. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in performance management.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, CAHRP) are an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and improve performance management system.
- Align performance management strategies with business needs.
- Ensure clear cascading of objectives from management to employees.
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide training.
- Design and maintain the company’s organization chart.
Skills

- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company’s performance management system.
- Align performance management strategies with organizational objectives and business needs.
- Ensure objectives are cascaded clearly from top management to individual employees. Support departments in setting SMART goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee mid-year and annual performance appraisal processes.
- Provide training to managers on conducting fair and effective performance reviews.
- Design, update, and maintain the company’s organization chart to reflect current structures.
- Work with department heads to ensure reporting lines, roles, and responsibilities are clearly defined. Recommend organizational adjustments to improve efficiency and clarity in structure.
- Develop and oversee the probation evaluation framework for new employees.
- Ensure probation evaluation criteria are consistent, transparent, and aligned with role requirements.
- Advise managers on probation review outcomes and coordinate confirmation or extension decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, CAHRP) are an added advantage.
- Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years specializing in performance management.
