A leading automotive company in Malaysia is seeking Operation Assistants who will provide essential administrative support. Responsibilities include checking car conditions, using operational systems, and uploading necessary documents. Strong customer service experience, good communication skills in Malay and English, and a valid driving license are required. The successful candidates will be part of a dynamic team, ensuring seamless transactions and operations.
Operation assistants provide administrative support to all levels of their organization.
To be able to travel on a daily basis to make the transaction of a car.
Able to check car condition before transaction.
Able to use the system provided for daily operation processes
Able to upload documents into the system.
Able to read and understand Malay and English languages.
Able to communicate properly in Malay or English languages
Able to strictly follow company direction and target
Able to execute process perfectly
Able to follow the timetable prepared by the company
Customer service experience in areas such as retail, hospitality, automotive and clerical industries are preferred.
Have a valid driving license.
Good listening skills and strong customer focus.
