About the role

Join our expanding IT solutions team at IRS Software Solution (M) Sdn Bhd as a Sales Executive (Business Solution Specialist). In this position, you will play a key role in driving sales for our Point of Sales (POS) System and ALAYA Cloud-Based Software Solutions (Alaya), helping SMEs across diverse industries to transform business through technology.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, prospect and qualify new sales opportunities through networking and referrals
  • Contribute to sales strategies and marketing initiatives
  • Develop sales and marketing activities to meet company and personal targets
  • Present and demonstrate IRS software, clearly highlight key features, benefits and competitive advantages
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with analytical reports
  • Engage with potential clients to understand business needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Coordinate with internal departments for delivery of software, hardware, and services
  • Collaborate with the technical team to deliver professional and quality after sales services and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
  • Approach existing clients for renewal of software subscription
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Studies, Business Studies, Administration, Management, or related field
  • Preferably minimum 1 year of sales experience in retail or IT-related fields
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Able to interact effectively with people at all levels
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve results
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must possess own transport
Compensation & Benefits
  • Basic Salary (RM4,000 – RM 5,000) + Fixed Transport Allowance + Petrol Claim + Attractive Recurring Commission
