  • Conceptualize and implement store promotions and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with inventory, maintenance, and procurement teams to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Greet and assist customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
  • Learn and manage online sales platforms and tools to boost sales.
  • Follow up on sales leads, both in-store and online, to convert prospects into customers.
  • Track and analyze online sales performance and customer inquiries.
Job description

This role involves overseeing sales associates, maintaining inventory, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met, and providing exceptional customer service. This position will also be instrumental in setting up physical or virtual storefronts, conceptualizing store promotions, managing online sales and following up on leads.

Basic Salary: 2,500 - 3,500
Entitled commission
5 Days work (Off 2 days during weekdays)
