Job summary

A leading retail company in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time position in sales operations. The ideal candidate will assist the store manager with staff management, including duty rosters and training. Strong communication skills and a pleasant personality are essential. Applicants must hold at least an SPM or equivalent certificate and be adaptable to retail hours. Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / 'A' Level / Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in hiring and managing staff's duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues.
• Motivate and train staff on company's policy, SOP, customer service and selling skills.
• Develop strategy to achieve sales targets.
• Generate and provide necessary reports as required.

Job description

• Motivate & train staffs on company's policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills.
• Come up with strategy to achieve sales target.
• Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc).
• Provide professional services to customers.

Education & Experience

• Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM /STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field.
• Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result oriented.
• Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
