Job description

Apprentice is an experiential programme, facilitated by dedicated sales leaders who will teach, coach and groom apprentice to be future Senior Relationship Manager and sales leader at AmBank.

Divided into three (3) tracks, this programme is designed for fresh graduates to launch their sales career in Retail Banking or Business Banking.

In this immersive programme, Apprentice will undergo intensive training and certification which will helps you to excel in sales career. The career growth will continuously be monitored and accelerated post programme graduation.

The duration of this programme is up to 6-12 months

A seasoned sales leader will be assigned as mentor to support, counsel, teach, and help you. The mentors will guide you and follow through your programme, providing you with continuous feedback and coaching.

Buddy

Apprentice will be given the opportunity to observe and learn from the best. Each apprentice will be assigned a buddy, offering a support system that you can count on.

3 different roles/tracks under this programme are.

• Commercial Banking AmApprentice (Business Banking)
• Enterprise Banking AmApprentice (Business Banking)

What We Look For:

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent in any discipline are preferred
• Graduates with less than three (3) years working experience and/or sales experience with the above qualification are encouraged to apply
