Additionally, lead the Central Sales Operations Team alongside the Business Partner to ensure smooth operations and strategic impact.
Job Description
- Drive and deliver annual sales and profit targets across assigned channels/chains and Central Region sales operations.
- Lead and develop a high-performing MT and Sales team, ensuring strong execution, accountability, and capability building.
- Design and execute strategic and tactical sales plans to achieve business objectives and outperform competition.
- Ensure best‑in‑class 4Ps execution across all brands in‑store, delivering consistent excellence in availability, visibility, pricing, and promotion.
- Build strong, long‑term customer partnerships through effective Joint Business Planning, business reviews, and TTA negotiation, while expanding the customer base within assigned channels.
- Clearly articulate the company’s value proposition through impactful customer proposals and presentations.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver agreed service‑level targets and customer expectations.
- Ensure accurate and timely sales forecasting and drive on‑time collections from MT customers.
- Track category and market trends, translating insights into account strategies and investment decisions.
- Set clear KPIs for the Central Region Business Partner to strengthen coverage, distribution, and overall sales performance.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 3‑5 years’ experience in the FMCG industry with proven ability in managing MT and GT channel.
- Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and position them against competitors.
- Demonstrable experience in developing client‑focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
- Excellent data analysis, critical thinking, listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
