Job summary
A popular food company in Malaysia is looking for a Wing Leader / Area Coach to drive operational excellence across multiple locations. This role involves directly supporting and coaching Restaurant Managers to enhance guest satisfaction, ensure compliance with quality standards, and achieve business goals. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in store management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for the food industry. This position offers a chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of Store Management experience with a strong track record.
- At least 2 years' experience managing multiple stores.
- Commercial acumen and strong understanding of finance principles.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured visits to coach and direct Restaurant Managers.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and operational requirements are met.
- Implement marketing activities and report findings to Operations Manager.
