At Dou Dou Tian, we’re passionate about sharing the authentic taste of Ipoh through our soya bean drinks, Thai milk teas, fresh fruit teas, and handcrafted pastries. As a growing café with a heart for the community, we’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Café Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages and light food items according to SOPs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining area
• Deliver warm, customer-first service with every order
• Support daily operations including inventory checks and restocking
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Posting restaurant updates on social media such as TikTok.

Requirements

• Friendly, reliable, and proactive attitude.
• Candidate need to arrange own transport to workplace.
• Working days is 6 days per week
• Able to work in Chemor, Perak
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and take on multiple tasks
• Social Media platform skill to attract customer engagement
• Previous F&B experience is a plus, but not required
• Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English
