Job description

We are seeking a passionate, results-oriented Sales Executive/Manager (HORECA) to spearhead our growth in the hospitality, restaurant, and catering segments. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving the company’s sales performance by developing strong relationships, expanding our client base, and executing strategic initiatives.

You will work closely with cross‑functional teams — customer support, supply chain and finance — to ensure smooth operations, effective product launches, and customer satisfaction. This is a highly visible position with opportunities for professional growth, allowing you to play a key role in shaping our market presence and business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Account Growth
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HORECA channel.
    • Conduct cold calls, schedule appointments, and visit potential customers to build new accounts.
    • Strengthen existing customer relationships through consistent engagement, understanding their evolving needs, and offering tailored solutions.
    • Oversee customer contracts, pricing strategies, and service level agreements to ensure long‑term satisfaction and retention.
    • Conduct comprehensive sales and market analysis to identify growth trends and sales opportunities.
    • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and monitor stock levels to ensure timely product availability.
    • Develop action plans and corrective measures to achieve and surpass monthly sales and profit targets.
    • Implement sales strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s corporate objectives.
    • Work closely with the Customer Support team to prepare quotations, tender documents, and related materials for contract bidding.
    • Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure proper order fulfilment, invoicing, and payment collection.
    • Manage special projects or assignments as directed by the Country Manager.
  • Performance & Customer Excellence
    • Achieve outstanding customer satisfaction scores through strong service standards and relationship management.
    • Ensure timely collection of receivables in line with company targets.
    • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote brand visibility and market presence.
Requirements
  • Diploma or University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in the hospitality, institutional, or healthcare industry (HORECA segment preferred).
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Experience in tender management, including preparation and submission of proposals.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical ability, and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
